We went downtown for Kid's Day at the Arts Festival this afternoon. Our day started at the State Theatre for the showing of Curious George. David got to sit by his friend Cara for the movie. They both love George and did great through the movie. Ryan fell asleep for most of the movie and sat up and watched the last 15 minutes while eating him Mum Mums (his favorite treat).

We went downtown and checked out the kids booths. There were over 250 kid vendors selling their original works of art. David picked up a marshmallow shooter and a metal spinner. I'm not sure who will use the marshmallow shooter more - David or Paul!

David made some bath fizz at the science booth on Old Main lawn. He wanted to come home and take a bath right away.

We watched the students making ice cream using liquid nitrogen. It was really neat to watch. David stood right by the bowl and was pretty amazed when the smoke from the liquid nitrogen started blowing. He lifted up his arms to touch it. The ice cream was pretty good.
