Jumping, Jumping. . . . Sleeping

Ryan has been enjoying his Jumperoo a lot. I think he may have had a bit too much last night. He jumped and jumped and then he stopped jumping and fell asleep in the jumperoo. The poor little guy. He would close his eyes and zone out and then the jumperoo would jump and he would wake up and be jumping again. We let it go on for a few times and then pulled him out. It was just too cute.

Ducks & Other Friends

We got together with our group of friends to go to the pond at the PSU Alumni Center this morning. David loves going to the pond to see the ducks. He was very happy to share the experience with his friends.

Sesame Place

We just returned from spending 2 days at Sesame Place! What fun! Tuesday morning started with David taking off running for Grover. It was so adorable. He saw Grover come out onto the main street and he just took off. He didn't look back. He ran right to him and gave him a great big hug. Paul and I were both shocked. Our shy little guy was not shy about his love for Grover. He had a smile on for the rest of the day. He loved Sesame Place!
David and Kelsey were so happy to be together. When the weren't together they were asking about each other. They looked so cute running around the park together.
I was so excited to see Big Bird! I think we must watch too much Sesame Street at our house, because I was really really excited to see Big Bird in the parade. If he had stopped in front of me, I may have jumped out and hugged him. Having a toddler changes the celebrities in your life.
David gave all of the characters a hug. He told us that he was "so happy".

Happy Retirement!

We celebrated my parents retirement this weekend at Rizzo's. David and Kelsey were so excited to sit beside each other at dinner. They have so much fun together.

Camping in the Dining Room

We built a Spiderman tent over the dining room table on Wednesday morning. We were supposed to go to the park, but it was so cold and wet outside that we decided to stay in and have a camp out. David saw cousin Kelsey and Kaitlyn's Spiderman tent and loved the idea of having one of his own.
David ran upstairs and brought his friends down to this tent and then got some books to read them stories.
Ryan hung out in his jumperoo laughing at all the activity in the dining room. He can jump really high!

Choo Choo!

David had his friends Nathan and Jesse over to play today. They ran around the house pretending to be trains and bowled a few games. They were in constant action. They slowed down only to have a snack. David took a long nap this afternoon!

Gymnastics

Today was the last day of gymnastics for the spring semester. David and Cara ran around the gym getting in their last jumps and tumbles. They were really cute today. They stayed side by side the whole morning.
