Game Day!

Eagles Football season has started at our house. All 3 boys had their jerseys on this afternoon to watch the game.
We surprised David with an Eagles football uniform. He was so excited to put it on. They only had sizes for little kids, so Ryan will have to wait a few more years before he gets one too. We waited until Ryan was taking a nap to give the uniform to David. Hopefully Ryan doesn't notice.

Cousins

My cousins, Jess & Chris, came to visit and go to the PSU game this weekend. While they were at the game we watched their little boy, Josh. David and Ryan were in heaven. They followed Josh around and did whatever he did.
They built an enormous train in our family room. Josh was very good with the boys when they would rip the tracks apart. David and Ryan are still learning how much fun it is to build the tracks. . . right now they understand how much fun it is to tear the tracks apart.
Josh picked up the Wii and knew immediately how to play every game.
Here's David, Kelsey and Josh at the Lion's Paw.
Here's the whole group at the Nittany Lion.

The Comparison

Comparisons

OMG! I just checked out last year's 1st day of preschool post. I can't believe how much David has grown.

1st Day of Preschool

David was so excited to go to school this morning. He was up and dressed early and didn't even want to eat breakfast. The whole time I was taking pictures he kept yelling "Mommy, I want to go Right NOW!"

Ryan and I went to a music class this morning while David was in school. I think Ryan really likes having this time to himself. He loved the music class.

Penn State Football Eve

The boys were on the edge of their seats at Beaver Stadium tonight waiting for the football players to arrive. David was soooooo excited. He was confused when they arrived because they didn't have their football "costumes" on.
The boys doing the wave with the crowd.

I tried to get a picture of Paul with the boys, but neither one of them would take their eyes off the field. Too much excitement. I thought this picture was cute anyway.

JoePa and the team! WE ARE . . . PENN STATE!!!

Parker's Visit

Aunt Susan's grandson, Parker, has been visiting this past week with his mom, Malia while they're getting ready to move to Hawaii. Parker is just a little bit younger than Ryan. It's been cute to see the two of them together. We all went to Delgrosso's on Sunday and Ryan and Parker rode the kiddie rides together.
I thought this picture was too funny. It looks like the kids are not letting Aunt Susan sit at their table. She's in the background at the water table.

Evening croquet at Aunt Susan's house. 5 kids, all under the age of 4, with wooden balls and mallets. It could have been dangerous, but we took the balls and mallets away just in time.
